Roles and Responsibilities Technical Coordination and Support: Assist in coordinating research and training in semiconductor-related topics such as power electronics, memory/logic computing, IC design, advanced packaging, materials, and processing. Support the development and maintenance of courseware materials. Assist in drafting research proposals and grow to drafting such proposals yourself Support research programs, compile reports, and coordinate with research teams. Partner Engagement Support: Act as a support point of contact for industry and academic institutional partners. Assist in managing company-specific research and training engagements. Contribute to generating summary reports and supporting the industry and university affiliate program. Marketing and Communications: Summarize content for the marketing and communications team to use. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's or Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields with a focus on semiconductors. For Bachelor's Degree : 4+ years of relevant experience. For Master's Degree : 2+ years of relevant experience. For Ph.D Degree : Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas: Semiconductor device modeling and simulations (e.g., TCAD, process modeling). Semiconductor technology and materials processing (e.g., anneal, sputter, plasma, implantation, lithography). IC & systems design (e.g., analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF). Familiarity with productivity software, program planning, and tracking tools. Strong communication and coordination skills for handling external stakeholders Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
