As a Jr. Product Designer with 0-1 years of experience, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and end user needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions. You will create wireframes (low, mid, and high fidelity), prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Required skills for this role include high attention to detail, fact-based decision-making ability, self-drive, enthusiasm about technology, problem-solving skills, analytical and logical thinking abilities, collaborative attitude towards teamwork, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to various project requirements. Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant design discipline such as B.Des, M.Des, BCA in Design Animation, or any equivalent qualification in a design-related discipline. Knowledge about Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is an added advantage. Proficiency in Figma tool is mandatory, and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, mock flow, Sketch, or similar software is preferred. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end strategy development process encompassing services such as Brand Audits, Brand Strategy, Naming, Architecture, Culture, Go-To-Market, and Communication Strategy. You will play a crucial role in defining brands through purpose, audience profiling, vision articulation, and positioning frameworks. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating impactful brand messaging, consumer journey maps, and interpreting business challenges into strategic directives supported by insights and cultural relevance.
