Conduct regular meetings with the immediate supervisor as a means of enhancing professional growth, reviewing and processing the provision of case management services, Maintain clinical session notes and turn them in on a weekly basis so that client service Information can be reviewed by management. Prepare & Customize content for need based workshops & webinars Giving mocks and getting trained to deliver capacity building trainings. Delivering mental health sessions and trainings to the assigned target audience at the assigned location as per Mpower quality standards. Role & responsibilities 1. Create and implement tailored outreach programs for institutions, enterprises, and individuals within these regions to drive awareness and adoption of upGrad's programs. 2. Lead Generation & Market Penetration: • Tech Parks & Corporate Hubs: Actively target and engage tech parks, innovation hubs, and other business districts to generate leads for both corporate upskilling programs and individual enrolments. • Residential Apartments & Local Communities: Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns within residential areas, housing complexes, and gated communities to reach potential customers who may be interested in upskilling or study abroad programs. • Community Engagement: Identify and network with local influencers, community groups, and associations to increase brand presence and encourage sign-ups for upGrad programs. 3. Institutional Partnerships: • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions (universities, colleges, schools) to foster collaboration and drive the adoption of upGrad's offerings. • Engage with decision-makers in the education sector (e.g., administrators, faculty, career services) to introduce upGrad's programs and explore partnership opportunities. 4. Corporate Outreach: • Identify potential corporate clients and HR departments interested in upskilling programs for their employees. Develop and pitch tailored corporate learning solutions. • Work with corporate HR and L&D teams to structure upGrads offerings into training packages that meet their organizational needs. 5. BTL Marketing Activities: • Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns such as targeted workshops, seminars, webinars, pop-up events, and interactive sessions to generate leads and increase customer engagement. • Represent upGrad at career fairs, job expos, networking events, and local community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships with potential clients. 6. Lead Qualification & Conversion: • Engage with leads generated through outreach efforts and qualify them based on their needs, readiness to enroll, and alignment with upGrads programs. • Provide personalized consultation to leads, guiding them through program options and facilitating the enrolment process in collaboration with the sales or enrolment teams. 7. Market Research & Feedback: • Continuously monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities within your region. • Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and product teams to enhance program offerings. 8. Reporting & Performance Tracking: • Maintain a detailed database of interactions, meetings, and business development activities using CRM tools. • Track and report key metrics such as lead generation numbers, conversion rates, partnerships, and revenue growth to the Regional Manager. Qualifications and Skills: • Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles in the education, ed-tech, or corporate training sectors. • Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the study abroad and professional upskilling market, along with the ability to engage both academic institutions and corporate enterprises. • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships. Ability to manage multiple business development initiatives simultaneously. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with digital marketing techniques is a plus.
