We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join USANA's India market development team as a Training Manager based in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing training programs for the sales force in alignment with globally defined strategies. Your main focus will be to equip associates with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive sales growth, recruitment, and business development within USANA India's direct-to-consumer (D2C) networks. As the Training Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, senior management, and leaders to cultivate a strong product culture and enhance sales effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting workshops and seminars, and facilitating certification programs that are aligned with the market's sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement training programs in line with USANA's global strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Identify training needs and develop strategic training plans for effective execution across India's D2C networks. - Create and update local training materials, integrating them into the USANA Academy to enhance sales and recruitment processes. - Collaborate with various departments to drive training success and support market development. - Develop training videos, manuals, and e-learning content, managing company training materials including those on the Learning Management System (LMS). - Lead initiatives to expand the reach of USANA training programs, boost recruitment, and enhance sales performance. - Train and certify Marketing Development Team and Leaders on the USANA Academy platform to ensure continuous skill development. - Travel across India to deliver training sessions, assess market needs, and refine training strategies based on field feedback. - Manage the training budget, maintain a Training Scorecard and MIS to measure the ROI of training initiatives. - Implement sales competitions and coaching programs to enhance the competency of Market Development Team and associates. - Share best practices from other markets to improve local training programs and align them with global standards. - Participate in global meetings and contribute insights to the broader USANA training network. - Ensure a feedback-driven approach to enhance training effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration. - Oversee and update the company's online training resources in collaboration with the Global Learning & Development Team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related discipline preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and business development, preferably in the direct selling industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with experience in digital training platforms. - Strong interpersonal and networking skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive training initiatives effectively. Desired Skills: - Previous professional experience within the direct-sales or nutrition industry. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. This position is based in Gurugram and may require domestic and international travel, including weekends and nights for USANA/Distributor events. Be prepared for occasional weekend work when events or scheduled activities require. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
