QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Degree in Electronics would be an added advantage. Experience: 35 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics, semiconductor, or electronic components industry. Prior experience in B2B sales, distribution, and channel management is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to travel extensively for on-site client visits and business meetings. Self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of semiconductor products and electronic components is a plus.
