Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent for VLSI design engineering positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates based on requirements provided by clients or internal stakeholders. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process from start to finish. Provide guidance on interview preparation techniques to candidates during the selection phase. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metric. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) or Talent Acquisition roles within the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of VLSI design engineering concepts and current trends in the field. Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
