Role Overview: You will be working as a temporary, on-site Semiconductor Devices, Fabrication & Layout Design Trainer in Chennai for college-level students. Your main responsibility will be to conduct hands-on technical training sessions on semiconductor device fabrication, layout design, and related technologies. Your role will involve creating structured training materials, guiding participants through practical demonstrations, addressing technical queries, and assessing trainees" performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct hands-on technical training sessions on semiconductor device fabrication, layout design, and associated technologies - Create structured training materials - Guide participants through practical demonstrations - Address technical queries from trainees - Assess the performance of the trainees Qualifications: - Expertise in Metal Fabrication, Machining, and Sheet Metal processes - Experience with Welding techniques and practical application - Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with trainees and address their concerns - Proven teaching or training experience, especially in technical or engineering disciplines - Ability to deliver complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner - Proficiency in industry-standard software/tools related to layout design and semiconductor fabrication - Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus,
