About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in semiconductor industry hiring to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in VLSI, embedded systems, validation, RTL, and other semiconductor functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Source and screen candidates for niche semiconductor roles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Understand role requirements and work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and follow up with candidates Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Keep up-to-date with trends in semiconductor hiring and talent availability Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of technical recruitment experience , with a strong focus on semiconductor/VLSI/EDA/Embedded hiring Good understanding of semiconductor domain skillsets like RTL design, DFT, validation, layout, etc. Hands-on experience in using sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong stakeholder management and coordination ability
