Role & responsibilities

Prepare and finalize
financial statements
(Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
Ensure
statutory compliance
under Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC, and other applicable laws
Handle
Income Tax returns
, TDS returns, and assessments
Manage
audits
Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Internal Audit
Liaison with
tax authorities, auditors, consultants
, and government departments
Monitor
receivables, payables, and cash flow management
Provide
financial analysis, MIS reports
, and management insights
Ensure compliance with
Companies Act / LLP Act
(if applicable)

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
3 years of post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of
GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances
Hands-on experience in
finalization of accounts and audits
Proficient in
Tally / Tally Prime, Excel, and accounting software
Good understanding of
Indian accounting standards
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines
