Job Description nAs a member of the team, you will be a part of the group who provides strategic, financial (covering accounting, audit and tax), and business advisory support to a diverse portfolio of clients Key Responsibilities includes :> Assist the senior team in preparation of feasibility studies, performance reports etc ;> Conduct Industry and Market Research to aid in client presentations and advisory mandates ;> Assist in preparing client deliverables and presentation ;> Staying Updated with regulatory changes, industry trends and financial reporting standards Semi Qualified's who has completed article ship and are working as paid assistant s> Decent article ship experience, preferably in a mid sized or large CA firm ;> Basic Knowledge on Financial Statements, accounting standards and taxation concepts ;> Experience in handling accounting tools like Tally, ERP, Zoho etc ;> Proficient in MS Office ;> Hands on experience in accounting/compliance domain in VC Firms or
