As a Travel Consultant at Utazzo Services, you will be a part of the Sales Department and play a crucial role in the Travel sector. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in Air ticket sales and package sales, both domestic and international. Building strong client relationships will be essential, along with a focus on selling a variety of travel products such as International or Domestic Tours, Packages, hotels, car rentals, travel insurance, visa services, and more. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills and fluency in English. Anticipating and understanding client needs and preferences will be key to providing exceptional service. Handling phone calls and emails proficiently in English, both independently and within a team environment, is vital. Collaborating with Junior Travel Agents and Admins will be part of your responsibilities to ensure seamless customer correspondence. It is essential to maintain a high level of product knowledge and adhere to travel industry standards. A successful track record in sales and meeting monthly targets is highly desirable.
