Capgemini Engineering provides Engineering and R&D services to Telecom, Media and Hitech sectors Desired Qualifications • BE, MBA (Preferred) Desired Experience • 5 to 15 years of experience Key Responsibilities Lead the Engineering services business growth in India and be a key member of GTM Develop customer value propositions in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams. Consultative business development activities, identifying needs and suggesting solutions to customers. Build a good understanding of the industry and competitive landscape and provide timely inputs to the business and delivery teams to help drive continuous improvements. Role Requirements / Critical Competencies Business Development and sales experience with Microsoft India (Sell to Microsoft) Meet/exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals. Understand the landscape of Software Development technologies and solutions and the evolution of next-generation solutions. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to Create and implement a new business development plan for the assigned territory. Exposure to IT/Engineering Services industries and experience in working in a large, diverse organization setup.
