As the eCom Operational Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily e-commerce operations, manage the supply chain, coordinate with vendors, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency while delivering a consistent and seamless customer experience. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in managing e-commerce operations and supply chain management. Proficiency in inventory management and order fulfillment processes is essential, along with strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and optimize operations accordingly. Your organizational and time management skills will be put to the test as you coordinate with vendors and maintain productive vendor relationships. In addition to your operational duties, you will be responsible for maintaining product listings, analyzing sales data to drive business decisions, and ensuring that the e-commerce platform runs smoothly. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment is key to success in this role.
