Experience: You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Order to Cash processes. Shifts: You are expected to work in the Night Shift from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM. Cab Facility: Transportation will be provided for your commute. Job Description: In terms of knowledge, you should be familiar with ERP Systems, with SAP knowledge being a plus. You should have experience working with Service Contracts, Sales Orders, and Billing. It is essential that you understand Contract Language, including items such as SOW, SLA, Entitlements, Cost and Sell Pricing, and Master Data. Functionally, the successful candidate will be able to quickly develop and retain knowledge to ensure smooth and successful transactions for Order Management, Operations, and Finance. You will be responsible for reading and understanding customer requirements as outlined in the statement of work. Additionally, you will need to review documentation for accuracy and communicate any discrepancies with internal associates promptly. Your ability to translate contract language into data entry within the SAP contract module is crucial for both our operations team to serve customers effectively and to meet invoicing requirements. A basic understanding of revenue recognition from booking to billing contracts is also expected.
