Your Impact As a Manager, Quality Assurance you are responsible for leading and guiding QA team(s) working on Enterprise grade projects. The person will be responsible for project management, as well as people management. The person must have strong technical background in QA activities, Automation, Application Configuration / Server Management, Defect management, GCP/OCP cloud setup & test execution. What The Role Offers Help team achieve sprint/release goals on time, budget and agreed quality standards. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure plans & resources are coordinated. Good technical hands-on developing QA Strategy and Policy, Test Planning and Execution, QA process improvements, Tooling and Automation, Test Reporting and Metrics, CI-CD Deployment, Middleware-Application Server Management, Defect Management and Configuration Management . Facilitate project activities such as planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Collaborate with project stakeholders to drive project goals. Provide guidance, technical feedback to team and ensure team is able to achieve its goal. Provide visibility to team impediments/risks and helps to eliminate them. Ensure appropriate and timely reporting about issues and success. Ensure team members development and career growth with appropriate and timely feedback. Inspire the team members to be innovative and improve things. Be part of organization-wide initiatives and drive the change. What you will need to succeed Minimum BE CS or equivalent experience. 10+ years of industry engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people management or project management position. Must have hands on experience QA Strategy, Test Planning and Execution, QA process improvements, Automation, Test Reporting and Metrics and CI-CD Process. Must have hands on experience Defect Management . Must have hands on experience on text execution for Enterprise Web application, API and cloud application deployed on on-prem, private and public cloud Proficiency in testing Rest Services, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL and XML, Database will be added advantage Must have hands on experience in building QA Automation using Postman, Selinium, Pytest and AI Automation tools/framework. Must have hands on experience in Middleware/Application Servers and Infrastructure Configuration and test execution. Good to have knowledge on Linux, Ansible, Terraform and Kubernetes. Prior experience in cloud technologies and any public cloud infrastructure, building SaaS applications. Proven track record of successful QA project/program management of Enterprise grade projects. Agile project management training and experience is an added advantage. (optional) Prior experience with testing products in Digital Experience domain is preferred. Contribute to the continual improvement of our agile development processes. Experience liaising with groups of people across several geographies. Excellent communication and time management skills.
