Qualifications Required: - Technical Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and product managers. - Eastern Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work overlapping with Eastern Standard Time business hours. - Cross-Cultural Communication: Comfort and skill in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. - Self-Motivated Independence: Strong ability to work autonomously while meeting ambitious recruiting targets. - Full-Cycle Recruiting: Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. - Stakeholder Management: Excellent partnering skills with hiring managers. - Candidate Experience Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences. - Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust recruiting strategies based on market conditions. - Personal Accountability: Strong sense of ownership for recruiting outcomes.
