Staff development will also be a key focus. This will involve recruiting, hiring, and training teaching and support staff, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and developing professional growth plans for staff members. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to enrollment, attendance, and curriculum, as well as preparing reports for the board and stakeholders as required, will fall under your reporting and documentation responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a graduation qualification and 2-3 years of experience as a Centre Directress/Branch Head or in client management, or a graduation qualification and 5 years of teaching experience. You should possess the ability to understand a child's development and needs, work effectively with parents, take key decisions independently, lead a team, self-evaluate learning needs, seek learning opportunities, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Email Writing, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.,
