As a Lead BizOps at our company, you will play a crucial role in project management with a strong emphasis on technical proficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing small teams, handling project communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within designated timelines. A solid understanding of Value-Added Services (VAS) business operations and prior experience in team leadership will be key to excelling in this role. You should possess at least 6 years of experience in Technical Operations and Project Management. Managing projects from inception to execution, as well as overseeing all communication related to customer accounts, will be part of your daily tasks. An in-depth understanding of Telecom VAS Network, knowledge of telecom protocols, and proficiency in tools like Jira and Microsoft Office Suite are essential requirements. Your role will involve troubleshooting application issues, creating project documentation, deploying new services, and maintaining client relationships. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals will be critical to your success. Certification in project management such as PMP or Prince2 would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily team operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues in line with SLAs. - Act as a primary point of escalation for critical problems, providing strategic guidance to the team. - Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. - Troubleshoot application issues, debug logs, and resolve technical challenges. - Deploy new services on Linux and Windows servers, configuring over databases. - Maintain client relationships for successful solution delivery. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address issues. - Ensure revenue targets are met through effective project management. - Provide 24/7 support to maintain service uptime at 99.9%.
