Your role will involve leveraging IT services such as application integration, testing, maintenance, and infrastructure management to optimize operations. Additionally, you will contribute to business process outsourcing and management services, driving down process costs and enhancing efficiencies. By adopting a strategic sourcing approach, you will be instrumental in freeing up resources for transformation and innovation initiatives. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, IN, this position requires 4-6 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include automating end-to-end test cases for connected systems using Selenium-Python, conducting system integration testing scenarios, and peer reviewing test objectives and automated scripts. A strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts is essential, along with the ability to prepare requirement traceability matrices and identify bugs and issues. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and improving test automation processes will be key aspects of your role. Preferred qualifications for this position include a BE/BTECH in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of strong Selenium experience with Python, 2 years of Python programming experience, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience in mobile app automation testing using APPIUM and knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines are advantageous. A proven track record in automation testing and quality assurance, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities are desired qualities. Experience in the Medical Device industry or IOT is preferred.
