Location : Noida Type : Remote (Full-time) Timing : US Shift Salary : 3.0L to 4.0L PA Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Associate / Virtual Assistant with experience supporting US-based real estate clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing CRMs like AppFile, handling documentation, and assisting with property listings across platforms such as Zillow, MLS, and Affordable Housing. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with online tools are essential. This role is best suited for someone who is a quick learner, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative and transaction-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Transaction & Documentation Support Manage and maintain real estate CRMs such as AppFile, ensuring accurate records and timely updates. Handle transaction documentation , including uploading, organizing, and reviewing files for compliance. Assist in preparing and coordinating transaction-related reports, checklists, and compliance files . Shadow the transaction process to support agents and ensure a smooth client experience. Listing Management Add and update property listings on Zillow, MLS, Affordable Housing, and other platforms. Demonstrate knowledge of MLS systems to assist with property updates and compliance. Administrative Support Provide email management , including drafting, organizing, and responding on behalf of agents. Perform general admin tasks , such as data entry, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and report generation. Support file and database management , ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Tools & Communication Use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail) to create and manage documents, forms, and shared files. Edit, annotate, and prepare documents using DocHub, Sejda, and similar platforms . Communicate effectively with agents and clients, ensuring professional and timely interactions. Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and processes with a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate assistant, transaction coordinator, or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with real estate CRMs (AppFile preferred). Strong knowledge of MLS systems and property listing platforms (Zillow, Affordable Housing, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills . Proficiency in Google Workspace and online document editing tools. Quick learner with a proactive and independent work style . Experience working remotely is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
