Job Summary: Airtel Business is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage critical digital initiatives across three core verticals: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website. This role demands a strong blend of project management skills, digital marketing expertise, stakeholder coordination, and execution focus to help drive Airtel Business’ digital transformation goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organic traffic & Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Drive organic visits & leads across all products & segments for Airtel Business Lead the SEO strategy and execution for Airtel Business’ digital presence. Analyze organic performance and define key metrics for improving rankings and increasing organic traffic. Work with Product marketing and SEO agency to define the correct keyword base for focused products and work towards achieving the maximum share of that SV. Collaborate with the SEO agency to identify and implement on-page and off-page optimization opportunities. Coordinate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations effectively. Monitor keyword search volume (SV) and work with the agency to enhance it, driving organic growth. Manage the on-page blogs and off-page articles charter for boosting domain authority and capturing search volume for focused keywords. 2. Custodian for Airtel Business website Identify areas for improvement and enhancement on the Airtel Business website, aligned with business needs. Take ownership of new digital initiatives and website transformation projects across B2B services. Build and manage detailed project plans, form cross-functional teams (CFTs), and ensure on-time delivery. Drive execution by liaising with design, engineering, and product teams to implement solutions addressing business challenges. Coordinate with the SCM team for procurement tasks (PR/PO, RFQ, invoicing) linked to website projects and associated vendors. 3. Sales Enablement Platform (Seismic): Act as the platform owner for the Seismic sales enablement tool in collaboration with Sales Operations. Ensure that the platform’s content repository is updated, accurate, and aligned with the latest sales collateral. Work closely with the Seismic platform team for technical enhancements, user management, and customization. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. 5 years+ of experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital project management. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance analytics. The role and responsibility essentially include - - Structural Design and Technical Delivery: • Prepare and independently deliver detailed designs for superstructure and substructure elements of RCC and Steel Structures used in Transmission Lines, Substations, Industrial Buildings, and related infrastructure such as canopies. • Foundation Design Expertise: o Design various foundation types such as pile foundations (bored cast-in-situ, rammed, helical), raft foundations, combined footings, and block foundations based on Geotechnical Investigation Reports. o Conduct critical analysis of Geotechnical Reports to determine optimal foundation solutions. • Perform accurate load analysis and design calculations for wind, seismic, thermal, creep, and short-circuit loads, ensuring adherence to relevant standards. • Lead the development of GA Drawings, Construction Drawings, Design Reports, and BOQs, while coordinating with draftsmen and design engineers. • Conduct thorough manual design checks and validate results generated from software tools. • Software Proficiency: Utilize STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite. Experience with PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, and PLS-Pole will be advantageous. - Project Management and Client Coordination: • Independently lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. • Collaborate effectively with EHV Electrical Teams, EPC contractors, site teams, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders. • Represent the company in project coordination meetings and client discussions (including site visits to India and abroad). • Address client queries, provide design justifications, and demonstrate solutions at client offices or project sites. • Develop design criteria and construction specifications in line with project requirements and international/national standards. • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to achieve deadlines efficiently. • Proactively resolve technical and project-related challenges and communicate solutions to stakeholders. - Team Leadership and Guidance: • Independently lead a team of Design Engineers and Detailers, providing technical guidance and mentoring. • Assign tasks, oversee progress, and ensure adherence to project requirements and timelines. • Review designs and drawings prepared by junior engineers and draftsmen to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting innovation and best engineering practices. - Standards and Compliance: • Design structures in compliance with applicable standards such as: o IS 802, ASCE 10, ASCE 74, and other national and international codes. o Indian and IEC standards for Substation and Transmission Line structures. • Ensure adherence to relevant design guidelines, load combinations, and safety factors for RCC and steel structures. • Maintain compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS). - Site Support and Inspections: • Provide on-site technical support during the construction phase for structural works. • Conduct site visits (India and abroad) to check construction quality and ensure design implementation. • Liaise with site engineers and resolve structural issues encountered during execution.
