As a responsible candidate for this role, your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance and policy implementation by adhering to the Foreign Trade Policy and DGFT guidelines. It is crucial to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of FTP, DGFT notifications, circulars, and schemes. You will be required to apply for and manage IEC code and amendments, as well as file and track Advance Authorizations, EPCG Licenses, and Duty-Free Authorizations. Administering schemes like MEIS, RoDTEP, SEIS, and related incentive programs will also fall under your purview. It will be your responsibility to prepare and submit claims related to these schemes and follow up on approvals. Maintaining proper documentation for DGFT audits and inspections will be an essential task. Furthermore, you will need to liaise with customs, banks, and DGFT offices for verifications and submissions. Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and legal for seamless export-import operations is a key aspect of this role. Your role will also involve monitoring the real-time status of license applications and approvals and providing guidance to the business on duty-saving options, export benefits, and compliance risks. In case of necessity, you may be required to represent the company in hearings or meetings with DGFT officers. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
