We are expanding our India operations and are hiring a Senior CRM Functional Consultant / Technical Project Manager to deliver complex CRM projects for international clients across Europe. Role Overview This is a dual-role position combining deep CRM functional expertise with hands-on technical project management . You will act as the bridge between our European client teams (including French-speaking clients) and our India-based development teams, ensuring that client needs are translated into clear requirements, managed efficiently, and delivered successfully. You will work extensively on complex CRM implementations with significant customization, integrations, and reporting, primarily focusing on Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms. The Client as the leading global bank is present in 100+ countries and this role comes under the Derivatives Middle Office. The team is looking for enthusiastic analysts with a background in derivative products – Vanilla and Exotics (Swaps, Barrier Options, Knock-In-Knock-Out, etc.). Preferably with experience in drafting of OTC confirmations or other Middle Office processes (like Trade Review, Settlements, etc.) Automating generation of Confirmations for OTC derivative trades across asset classes Ensuring that the Confirmations are accurately capturing the risk booking and other non-economic language in compliance with ISDA Liaising with stakeholders to improve trade data feed from upstream systems, in order to automate newer products/payoffs Masters in Finance or similar degrees, MBA, FRM, CFA Good understanding of Derivatives products, asset classes and their lifecycle Good communication Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
