Job Description Overview This position will be part of the GBS organization supporting Frito Lay North America business retail customer team. The TPM analyst is critical to maintain promotions backend data both on internal systems and external systems. The analyst will be also responsible to process promotion invoices and sharing new item information with the retailer teams. The analyst will be working with the Lead analyst who will channel work on various work groups mentioned above or outside of it. The analyst role is business impacting and time bound; accuracy and timeliness of completion of tasks is critical for the PC team’s success in turn the sales teams’. Contract management which is an agreement between retailer and Pepsico to be managed end to end for upcoming promotions. Update TPM events , Deal sheets and New item maintenance based on promotions discussion with retailers and price changes. Processing and reconciliations of Payments/Deduction invoices and monitor approvals from Stakeholders and its timeliness Invoice analysis, breakdown by segmentation and ensure timely closure of tactics post payments and manage trade Spend in respective accounts. Communicate Risks and Opportunities to Sales team /Control/Finance. What we are looking for Noon’s Cybersecurity department, Security operations team is looking for a talented, experienced, and enthusiastic Senior Threat Detection Engineer to help build and scale the Detection & Threat Hunting program at Noon. The ideal candidate will be someone who has diverse security skill-set (IR, TI, SOC..) and specialized in detecting engineering and threat hunting. The focus area for this role will be on designing and implementing advanced detection mechanisms based on known/emerging attacks and pivoting techniques. The Sr. Threat Detection will be working on proactive approaches to advance steps ahead of attackers and help in building detection to identify advanced, current and emerging threats. He will be responsible for the design and implementation of security intelligence and detection capabilities across our applications and networks. This role will be assisting in building the strategy and the team for our Detection and Threat Hunting Program. He will be the focal point for the planning and execution of security investigation, response process and coordination of relevant parties when an information security incident occurs. In addition, documentation, analytical and critical thinking skills, investigation and forensics, and the ability to identify needs and take the initiative are key requirements of this position. D2C Marketing Specialist – Cosma Health About Cosma Health Cosma Health, previously Femacare, is pioneering multi-prevention, non-hormonal solutions for women’s health. As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, Cosma Health leverages e-commerce and digital channels to engage, educate, and empower consumers directly, breaking taboos and providing safe, accessible therapeutics. Advance knowledge of campaigns management leveraging CRM, marketing automation platforms to support sales & marketing. Hands on Experience on Marketing Automation tools like Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot and Salesforce CRM is mandatory. Certifications in Marketing Automation and CRM systems will be preferred.
