Job Description THE POSITION: As a key member of the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, this role collaborates with marketing managers and directors to execute digital strategies and campaigns aimed at creating awareness, generating interest, and promoting our products and services. Develop and maintain nurture programs and customer journeys. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and lead scoring models. Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Implement A/B testing strategies and continually optimize for better engagement and conversion. Ensure email templates are mobile-optimized and follow branding and accessibility guidelines. Oversee list hygiene, growth and segmentation using target client profiles. Liaison with marketing support on database management efforts, including list imports, deduplication, and segmentation. Stay up to date with Pardot and Salesforce feature updates, best practices, and compliance regulations Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, with experience in campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting Proven ability to manage multiple programs, campaigns, and roadmaps Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools in Salesforce/Pardot.
