Configured network segmentation using VLAN’S, improving network security and reducing the risk of data breaches· 4. Created network diagrams using Visio, improving network documentation and aiding troubleshooting efforts.· 5. Configured and maintained Cisco routers and switches, ensuring network stability and uptime· 6. Site survey for active and passive solution, and making HLD and LLD diagram in Viso· 7. Responsible for making heat map diagram for wireless solution· 8. Working on floor diagram in AUTOCAD as per site survey· 9. Networking Design Passive cabling work· 10. Handover documents· 11. Work Auto Cad for networks design and handle the projects· 12. Working on CCTV and wireless solution· 13. Working HLD and LLD for networking design· 14. Having experience in Industry sales coordination, channel sales coordination, key account sales customer activities.· 15. Coordinating with branches and providing them HO support in resolving cases.· 16. Coordinating and supporting external sales for all customer related queries.· 17. Coordinating with customers, providing them techno commercial offers, technical support and pre and post-sales support.
