Key Responsibilities Hybrid Network Security Architecture Architect and design secure network architecture across hybrid environments, encompassing data centers, campus, branch offices, and public/private cloud. Develop architecture patterns that ensure consistent security posture, traffic visibility, and policy enforcement across cloud and on-prem networks. Align networking and security design with zero trust principles, ensuring trust is continuously evaluated and enforced regardless of environment and location Zero Trust and Network Segmentation Define a zero trust model that includes identity-aware access, device trust, microsegmentation and continuous verification Architect and develop network segmentation strategies to isolate workloads, limit lateral movement and enforce least privilege across cloud and on-prem environments Establish trust zones, access control policies, and segmentation boundaries in hybrid architecture Intrusion Detection and Threat Monitoring Design and deploy intrusion detection and prevention systems tailed for hybrid environments Integrate network detection and response tools with cloud-native services and on-prem infrastructure to ensure end-to-end threat visibility Collaborate with SOC and threat intel teams to operationalize detection logic and incident response capability Policy Enforcement and Access Control Define ACLs and NAC systems for secure access across multiple trust zones Ensure consistent policy management and enforcement using next-gen firewalls, identity-aware proxy, network access brokers and zero trust gateways. Compliance and Risk Mitigation Ensure architectural decision meet internal and external compliance requirements Identify and mitigate risks associated with network design, configuration, third-party integration in a hybrid environment. Qualifications & Experience You’ll need to have: Bachelor's or six or more years of expereince. Six or more years of experience in enterprise network architecture and security. Strong expertise in security frameworks, CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and cloud security. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native security models. Experience designing and implementing zero trust architectures. Strong understanding of industry security standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executives and stakeholders. What we are looking for Noon’s Cybersecurity department, Security operations team is looking for a talented, experienced, and enthusiastic Senior Threat Detection Engineer to help build and scale the Detection & Threat Hunting program at Noon. The ideal candidate will be someone who has diverse security skill-set (IR, TI, SOC..) and specialized in detecting engineering and threat hunting. The focus area for this role will be on designing and implementing advanced detection mechanisms based on known/emerging attacks and pivoting techniques. The Sr. Threat Detection will be working on proactive approaches to advance steps ahead of attackers and help in building detection to identify advanced, current and emerging threats. He will be responsible for the design and implementation of security intelligence and detection capabilities across our applications and networks. This role will be assisting in building the strategy and the team for our Detection and Threat Hunting Program. He will be the focal point for the planning and execution of security investigation, response process and coordination of relevant parties when an information security incident occurs. In addition, documentation, analytical and critical thinking skills, investigation and forensics, and the ability to identify needs and take the initiative are key requirements of this position. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager/Sr. Manager (Performance Marketing) to lead our top-of-the-funnel initiatives aimed at driving lead generation and digital brand awareness. This role will oversee all performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver high ROI and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should be: • Highly skilled in leading teams that manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and online affiliates. • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital brand awareness across top tier consumer startups. • Proficient in scaling B2C marketing initiatives, with a proven track record of achieving results. • A strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach. • A natural leader with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams. • Graduation from Tier 1 college. • What You’ll Do In true startup fashion, you’ll wear multiple hats and take ownership of key initiatives. Your responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership: • Take responsibility for achieving city-level digital lead generation targets in line with the annual operating plan (AOP). Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions. • Drive performance campaigns that align with brand goals, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone across platforms. • Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance across all channels. • Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience and communication strategies • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages • Monitor competitor activity and keep an eye out for trends Campaign Management: • Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Programmatic channels (DV360 or other DSPs). • Plan and execute programmatic display and video campaigns, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and real-time performance analysis. • Lead keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. • Drive funnel optimization from impressions to conversions, leveraging data-driven insights. • Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking. Pixel-Level Tracking Attribution: • Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), GA4, and GTM for robust tracking infrastructure. • Maintain a clean, privacy-compliant tracking setup for accurate attribution and better signal quality. • Continuously improve measurement accuracy across platforms to support business decisions. Team Leadership: • Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team. Collaborate across teams (content, design, pre-sales, field sales) to optimize messaging, landing pages, and campaign outcomes. • Mentor and guide team members to achieve peak performance. Budget & Analytics: • Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business goals. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and derive actionable insights. • Develop mechanisms for collecting and analyzing data across teams, ensuring a seamless feedback loop for continuous improvement. Optimization & Innovation: • Leverage A/B testing, CRO techniques, and advanced bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Identify new digital marketing tools and technologies to stay ahead of trends. • Continuously monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in performance marketing. What You’ll Bring • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 4 years of leading high-performing digital marketing teams in the B2C space. • Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, and affiliates. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and scale lead generation efforts. • Hands-on experience in: o Conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking. o Managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). o A/B testing and CRO techniques. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
