BE /B.Tech.(Electrical)Having experience 7-8 years in solar power plant execution maintenance & operation.Capable to handle overall activities of erection commissioning, maintenance & operation Capable to understand all erection commissioning drawings as per electrical details.Capable to handing the Project Site Independently as well as should be well versed to coordinate with Ultimate client and Companys head office.Capable to supervise reporting to the HO, billing, estimation etc complete, site planning reporting progress.Lead the overall erection and commissioning activities, ensuring all components and systems are installed, tested, and operational.Perform initial system checks, troubleshooting, and adjustments to confirm proper functionality before project handover.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all installation and commissioning activities.Prepare and submit reports on progress, issues encountered, and completed tasks to the Project Manager.Well versed to all safety protocols and standards during installation and commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulationsEssential English written & verbal communicationProject Location: Nagpur Maharashtra Preferred candidate profile Having Experience Solar Industry Perks and benefits

Role & responsibilities Degree in Civil Engineering B.Tech /B.E.Have a minimum 8-10 years of experience in execution of Government Turnkey projects in Railway. Railway Projects execution will be added advantage. Experience in planning, execution and coordination of Projects works.Have strong experience in strong client-facing skills and experience in leading and managing engineering teams and multi-disciplinary projects.Have knowledge of Construction Drawings Ability to work collaboratively with Project Team/Stake Holders Ability to work on tight deadlines and good time management skills are essential. Should have knowledge of Price Variation. Reporting to the HO, billing, estimation etc complete, site planning reporting progress.
