Customer Relationship Management Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly. Process online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. Manage returns and exchanges in a customer-friendly manner. Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with shipping partners to verify destinations and ensure timely deliveries. 3. Digital Marketing Knowledge Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns.
