SUMMARY Design new products or components or enhancements to existing products using Solidworks software Prioritize projects and plan development cycle/design schedule Ensures project meet or exceed design, performance, test and cost parameters. Maintain complete documentation related to design department Maintains and performs current product design and as well design, styling, structural integrity and functional performance of new products. Performs strength analysis and evaluates strength of materials for the new and existing projects. Research / Source required materials for product production and sources vendors to supply specified materials, works with purchase department on vendor approval. Coordinates production of prototypes and component delivery. Checks fit-up accuracy of parts. Ensures implementations of product flows from design to actual production. Develops test programs for new products, evaluating performance and structural integrity for approval or problem resolution. Interprets industry standards for the development and implementation of required tests Will review engineering change request (ECR) and release engineering change notices (ECN) including all prints and respective BOM required for production upon approval of products. Communicates project status on regular basis to include product performance characteristics, specification information, testing information and other pertinent data. Assists in preparation and review of Product costing, Executes cost reduction projects. Assists in preparation and creation of owners/parts manuals by reviewing, correcting and refining contents. Provides project support to customer service, dealers and end-users. Responds to marketing. Reporting to Head Design - RMCL India and Head RMC Inc Requirements Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross functional departments. Good record keeping skills. Produce accurate documentation. Knowledge of farm, landscaping equipment and/or mowing/agricultural implements preferred Able to organize and prioritize own work schedule to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Capable to Lead multiple projects. Candidate with previous experience in US and having valid US visa is preferred.

Team Management: Lead and train field sales executives (FSEs) to improve productivity and sales conversion. Conduct regular sales reviews, joint field visits, and performance monitoring of the team. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay ahead in rural markets. Share insights with the Regional Sales Manager and contribute to localized sales strategies. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, distributor agreements, and pricing guidelines. Maintain timely reporting via ERP and CRM tools for sales performance tracking. Key Requirements: Experience: 5-8 years of sales experience in Agri-inputs, FMCG, Animal Feed, or Rural Distribution-based sectors. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of rural markets in Bihar. Education: Graduate degree (Agri, Commerce, or Science preferred); MBA desirable but not mandatory. Skills: Dealer/distributor management, rural sales execution, farmer connect, negotiation, and team leadership. Preferred: Experience in livestock feed, dairy nutrition, or agri-input industries.
