Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager -Accounting and Finance to join our growing team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including but not limited to: Full-cycle accounting: Bookkeeping and journal entries Bank reconciliations Accounts receivable and payable Invoice processing (both vendor and customer) Managing contracts with partner universities Raising invoices to partner universities Taxation: GST filing TDS calculations and filings ITR filing Payroll processing: Salary processing and related statutory compliances Role & responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions. Prepare and file all relevant tax returns GST, TDS, etc.) on time. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices. Process customer invoices and track receivables. Manage contracts with partner universities, including invoicing and payment reconciliation. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and repots. Stay updated on all relevant accounting and tax laws and regulations. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and controls. Work collaboratively with other departments within the organization. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, vlookup) Hands-on Experience with Xero i.e. accounting software would be an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently
TELE-CALLING SPECIALIST - AD LEADS WORK EXPERIENCE : 0-2 YEARS LOCATION : LOWER PAREL, MUMBAI WORK MODE : WORK FROM OFFICE Position Overview As a Tele-calling Specialist at SEED Global Education, you will be at the forefront of student engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with students who have shown interest in studying abroad, inform them about our upcoming events and initiatives, and ensure they are registered. You will play a crucial role in improving attendance for our events by building a connection with leads through personalized calls and follow-ups. Handle in-bound calls backs from registrants. Responsibilities Make Outbound Calls : Contact potential study abroad Master's aspirants to inform them about our upcoming events. Follow Scripts : Follow a prepared script to deliver information about our upcoming events and handle candidate queries. Maintain & Update Records : Accurately record candidate responses and call outcomes in CRM system. Achieve Targets : Qualify, score, and nurture leads to assess their readiness for engagement. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and attendance targets for events assigned. Feedback and Improvement : Provide feedback on the contacted leads to the marketing team for improved targeting. Collaborate with Advising and LAE teams to optimize calling strategies, and refine scripts. The responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to parameters as stated.
