Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment by actively patrolling, controlling access, monitoring activities, and managing equipment. Your visibility and attentiveness will be crucial in greeting and responding to staff, guests, and vendors courteously. Immediate response to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergencies will be a key part of your role. Collaborating with the security team, patrolling the property, investigating incidents, and maintaining professionalism and legal compliance will also be important aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Patrol the property on foot to secure personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and perimeter in all weather conditions - Investigate and take appropriate action on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire incidents - Control and monitor surveillance equipment, perform building and equipment inspections - Guard access points, manage entry permissions, restrain trespassers, and direct traffic during business hours - Complete daily reports with relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures - Handle various administrative processes at the facility - Utilize proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software and systems - Utilize experience with security equipment and surveillance systems - Previous law enforcement experience is preferred Qualifications Required: - Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software - Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems - Previous law enforcement experience is a plus,
