Security Technical Program Management

You will be responsible for leading the execution of critical security programs aligned with Guidewire's security maturity strategy. Collaborating with Security Operations, Product, Engineering, and Enterprise teams/stakeholders, you will drive key security initiatives. Your role will involve managing complex and cloud-scale technical security programs to meet business objectives, defining and executing roadmaps for critical security functions, and supporting security operations. Developing strong partnerships and feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders across the organization will be essential. Additionally, you will need to lead with data, promote a culture of metrics-driven decision-making, and act as a thought leader to drive strategic change and advance security maturity. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences is a crucial aspect of this role.
