Security Supervisor

1. Primary Responsibility: Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors within the hospital premises. 2. Duties:   - Supervise and coordinate the security team.   - Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.   - Respond to security incidents and emergencies.   - Conduct regular security checks and patrols.   - Enforce hospital security policies and procedures.   - Collaborate with hospital staff and management to ensure a secure environment.   - Investigate security breaches and incidents.   - Maintain accurate records and reports.   - 2+ years of experience in a security supervisory role.   - leadership skills.   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 1. प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी: अस्पताल परिसर में मरीजों, कर्मचारियों, और आगंतुकों की सुरक्षा और सुरक्षता सुनिश्चित करना। 2. कार्य:   - सुरक्षा टीम की निगरानी और समन्वय करना।   - सीसीटीवी कैमरे और निगरानी प्रणालियों की निगरानी करना।   - सुरक्षा घटनाओं और आपदाओं पर प्रतिक्रिया करना।   - नियमित सुरक्षा जांच और गश्त करना।   - अस्पताल की सुरक्षा नीतियों और प्रक्रियाओं को लागू करना।   - सुरक्षित वातावरण सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अस्पताल कर्मचारियों और प्रबंधन के साथ सहयोग करना।   - सुरक्षा उल्लंघनों और घटनाओं की जांच करना।   - सटीक रिकॉर्ड और रिपोर्ट बनाए रखना। (उदाहरण के लिए, सुरक्षा प्रबंधन, अपराध विज्ञान)।   - सुरक्षा पर्यवेक्षी भूमिका में 2+ वर्षों का अनुभव।   - उत्कृष्ट संचार और नेतृत्व कौशल।   - तेज-तर्रार वातावरण में काम करने की क्षमता।
