Job Description

Job Summary:

The Security Officer will be responsible for managing and enforcing security protocols across the premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and materials. The role requires maintaining accurate records of all entries and exits, monitoring materials movement, and regulating visitor access.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee and Worker Monitoring:
Record and monitor the entry and exit timings of all employees and workers.
Ensure proper identification and authorization for all personnel entering or leaving the premises.
Material Inward Handling:
Verify all inward material against the accompanying tax invoice and delivery documents.
Ensure the tax invoice is stamped with "INWARD" and signed upon verification.
Make accurate entries of all inward materials in the Inward Register.
Material Outward Handling:
Check all outgoing materials against the outward bill, work order, or challan.
Record all outgoing materials in the Outward Register systematically.
Courier and Mail Management:
Maintain a Courier Inward Register for all incoming courier packages.
Ensure prompt communication with the concerned department or individual upon receipt.
Gate Pass Compliance:
Ensure no employee or worker leaves the premises with company items without a valid Gate Pass approved and signed by the respective HOD.
Verify gate passes before allowing any exit of materials or personnel.
Visitor Management:
Restrict visitor access without a valid Visitor’s Gate Pass.
Ensure that visitors are properly logged and escorted and do not roam freely in the company premises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
