About The Role : Job Title Security Solution Architect Data Lake Corporate TitleAVP LocationPune, India Role Description About the business area The COO Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for addressing information security risks to the Deutsche Bank global IT, as Security Solution Architect , you are responsible for a significant segment of the bank's architecture and ensuring it supports overall bank strategy; designing and overseeing the construction of complex IT systems and infrastructure, aligning technology solutions with business goals and requirements. Work includes Analysing an organization's needs, evaluating existing systems, and designing comprehensive solutions that meet functional and technical specifications using a deep understanding of one or more various technology domains, such as infrastructure architecture, application development, data platforms, cloud computing, security with the appropriate business domain knowledge. They collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs; considering factors like scalability, performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness when creating blueprints for IT systems. They define architecture principles to guide solution design, develop the target technology estate to support the organizations business strategies, develop roadmaps to enable transition to the target estate, govern the transition and provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring that solutions are built according to architecture principles and align to the roadmaps and organizations target architecture. They often act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Understand, advocate, and support the Data Lake setup Support the design and implementation of a Data Lake Strategy that supports our domains objectives to drive the operational metrics reporting for the CSO organisation Develop short and long-term roadmaps for security capabilities within wider CSO domain, ensuring the strategies are in accordance with the global strategy, market and industry trends Work with project teams and wider CSO organisation to help build secure architecture designs and integration patterns with Data Lake Analyse the requirements and design the required solution architectures for various business usecases Assist the engineering lead in developing strategies for efficient and optimal usage of GCP resources for CSO data lake Document and drive adoption of secure design and coding practices Analyze the current IT security environment related to our domain to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement through knowledge of current threat landscape, and to identify optimization opportunities for the technology landscape Identify points of architectural risks in new projects using architectural threat risk assessment and threat modeling techniques Collaborate with Tribe and Engineering leads to assess and remediate security vulnerabilities Must HaveHand-on experience in Big Query Value add - Person in having experience in Cloud Management, Splunk, Chronicle Your skills and experience The candidate must have Engineering Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field and a minimum of 8+ years of experience with recent experience in Security engineering, system administration, network engineering, software engineering/development with a focus on Cybersecurity. 8+ years of IT engineering experience with recent experience in building and managing infrastructure and security platforms. 4+ years of Experience implementing, architecting and administering Data Lake platforms for a large global organization. Hands on experience on GCP, managing various configurations to enable & manage cloud based Datalake solution. Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, cyber threat intelligence and SOC Workflows Hands on Experience with Microsoft Azure platform, managing various configurations to enable & manage Sentinel. Experience developing in XML, Bash,Python, and PowerShell scripts. DevOps Engineering experience.(Terraform, SDLC, Actions) Independent, self-motivated, proactive approach to problem solving and prevention. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
