As a Customer Identity Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in engineering, developing, and providing 24/7 support for identity and access management solutions within the customer identity platform on Azure AD B2C CHINA. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with various Ford teams including business teams, cyber security, applications teams, and other technical teams, as well as our partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure that Azure AD B2C CN delivers a secure and top-notch customer experience for CN retail customers, in alignment with Ford's focus areas. We are seeking an individual who possesses a continuous improvement mindset and is motivated by the pursuit of operational excellence.
