Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and implement cloud security solutions to protect the organization's cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security architecture meets business requirements. Provide guidance on security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. Train and educate employees on security awareness and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture, Managed Cloud Security Services. Strong understanding of cloud security principles, best practices, and industry standards. Experience in designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
