Ensure compliance with AVSEC Orders and Circulars issued by BCAS.
Maintain and update all security-related documents and records as per regulatory requirements.
Exercise strict access control to aircraft, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry.
Conduct Aircraft Security Searches (Pre-Flight and Post-Flight) thoroughly and efficiently.
Perform counter-surveillance duties to detect and deter any potential threats.
Guard the aircraft during ground operations and while on the apron.
Escort passengers and crew members as required to ensure safety and security.
Carry out baggage screening using X-ray equipment and other security tools.
Assist in baggage handling in compliance with safety and security protocols.
Perform Secondary Ladder Point Checks (SLPC) as and when instructed by the supervisor or BCAS authority.
Demonstrate good computer/system knowledge for documentation and screening system operations.
Valid AVSEC Certification (as per BCAS norms).
Valid BCAS Screener Certificate.
Valid Dangerous Goods (DG) Certificate.
SMS (Safety Management System) trained and certified.
