Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the security operations team to ensure organizational information assets are protected. Manage and coordinate response to security incidents and events, safeguarding corporate assets including intellectual property, regulated data, and company reputation. Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts using security detection systems and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools. Develop, implement, and maintain effective incident response plans and protocols. Supervise event collection, log management, event correlation, compliance automation, and identity monitoring activities. Establish, implement, and monitor security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization. Provide regular reporting, metrics, and updates on security operations and incidents. Communicate risk and security posture effectively to stakeholders and escalate critical issues when required. Experience Requirement: 8-13 years of experience as a Security Operations Manager or in a similar cybersecurity leadership role. Hands-on experience in managing and coordinating incident detection and response operations. Strong understanding of web technologies, network protocols, and cloud-based security principles. Demonstrated expertise in security systems, sub-systems, and industry best practices. Experience working with SIEM tools and cybersecurity frameworks. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are required. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.E., B.Tech, M. Tech.
