As a part of OFB Tech (OfBusiness), a tech-enabled platform focusing on facilitating raw material procurement and credit for SMEs in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors, we are seeking a meticulous individual to join our team. Your role will involve independently handling monitoring and analysis responsibilities, with a primary focus on leading integration efforts across various aspects such as Business, Credit, Risk Management, Operations, Technology, and Product. Your responsibilities will include formulating policies and processes from pre-disbursement to post-disbursement stages, reviewing and validating post disbursement and covenant compliance documents, and ensuring compliance adherence by clients as per the sanction terms. A deep understanding of securities such as escrow, share pledge, property mortgage, and pari-passu process will be essential for perfecting security post disbursement. Additionally, you will be involved in reviewing NOC and pari-passu requests related to equity infusion, debt infusion, and compliance standards, monitoring credit covenants, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management, and coordinating with business and credit teams for borrower discussions and data acquisition. Your expertise in risk management will be crucial in monitoring the mid-corporate portfolio behavior of segments and products, ensuring compliance with audit policies, and managing NPA cases by analyzing and tracking the latest developments in entity fundamentals. To be successful in this role, you should hold an MBA in Finance or BFSI from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 institution, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are essential for this position. Previous experience in NBFCs, FIs, or FinTech companies will be considered a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
