Job Title: Security Officer

Job Summary:

The Security Incharge (Construction Sites) is responsible for managing end-to-end security operations across multiple construction project locations. This role includes supervising security guards, ensuring site safety, conducting security training, managing attendance, and coordinating with project managers to maintain a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage security operations across all construction sites.

● Ensure proper deployment of security guards at each site.

● Conduct regular site visits and security inspections.

● Maintain guard attendance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

● Create and manage duty rosters and shift schedules.

● Provide training to guards on access control, fire safety, material checking, and emergency procedures.

● Monitor entry/exit of labour, materials, visitors, and vehicles.

● Ensure proper material inward/outward gate pass documentation.

● Prevent theft, unauthorized entry, and property damage.

● Conduct night rounds and surprise checks at sites.

● Ensure CCTV systems (if available) are functioning properly.

● Investigate incidents such as theft, fights, or safety violations and prepare incident reports.

● Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and HR/Admin on site requirements.

● Implement and enforce security policies and safety guidelines.

● Maintain all security-related logs (attendance, incident, training, deployment).

● Handle emergencies and liaise with police or external agencies when required.

Qualification & Experience

● 10th / 12th / Any Degree

● Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security (construction/industrial preferred)

● Ex-servicemen or candidates with strong security background preferred

● Ability to travel between project sites

● Ex-servicemen (Army/Police/Home Guards) preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
