Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, where your primary responsibility will be to provide a managed service to clients ensuring the operational functionality of their Security Infrastructures and systems. Your role will involve proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to restore service to clients. Additionally, you will be expected to review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them within the service level agreement (SLA). You will focus on second-line support for incidents and requests with medium complexity and may also contribute to project work when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Configuring network devices for traffic capture - Ensuring proper routing of captured packets to storage - Monitoring network health and performance - Installing and configuring PCAP software and storage - Managing system health and availability - User access control and permissions Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience) - 3+ years of experience - Certification: Proposed OEM Level Certification is a must Additional Company Details: At NTT DATA, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
