Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize access to the facility for employees, visitors, and contractors to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft and identify potential security risks.
• Utilize CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems to observe activities and respond promptly to any suspicious behavior.
• Provide first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) as needed during emergencies, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on-site.
• Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities during your shift.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, ensuring effective communication during incidents or emergencies.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and protect company assets.

Experience

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle various situations with composure.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operations is essential for monitoring activities effectively.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable, empowering you to respond effectively in emergencies.
• Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and commitment to safety protocols.
