Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Hotel Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate is professional, possesses excellent judgment, and has strong observational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol all areas of the hotel, including guest floors, public areas, back-of-house, and parking lots, to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
Respond immediately to alarms, emergency calls, and suspicious activities.
Liaise with local police, fire departments, and emergency medical services as needed.
Complete daily reports on activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, and unauthorized persons.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures calmly and professionally.
Provide assistance to guests and employees in a courteous manner, offering directions or non-emergency support.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
High School Diploma; a security training certification is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
