Job Description

Shaanthi Schools is seeking responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guards to ensure the safety and protection of our students, staff, visitors, and school property. The Security Guard plays a key role in maintaining a secure, welcoming, and well-regulated school environment across all our campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit at all school gates.
• Check ID cards of students, staff, and visitors as per school policy.
• Maintain a proper visitor logbook and verify delivery personnel.
• Conduct routine patrolling of school premises to ensure safety and detect suspicious activities.
• Ensure safe movement of students during arrival, dispersal, and school events.
• Oversee parking areas and maintain order during peak hours.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, safety alerts, and any unusual incidents.
• Report daily observations or incidents to the admin office or school management.
• Assist in maintaining CCTV systems and basic security equipment.
• Support school functions, programs, and examinations by managing crowd control.
• Maintain discipline and uphold the dignity and values of Shaanthi Schools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum SSLC / High School education preferred.
• Prior experience as a security guard is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of security procedures, emergency handling, and fire safety.
• Polite, responsible, alert, and trustworthy.
• Ability to interact respectfully with students, parents, and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
