Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Guard located in Bengaluru. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for students and staff by patrolling and monitoring premises, controlling access to the facility, and responding to security incidents. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring physical security of the premises, handling any personnel security concerns, addressing any private security needs, and providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills to ensure positive interactions with students, staff, and visitors
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications in security or prior experience in a security role are a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
