Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company security policies. Maintain proper records of visitor entries, staff movement, and material movement. Conduct regular patrolling of the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage. Ensure all gates, doors, and access points are secured at all times. Promptly report suspicious activities. Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuation. Check and verify staff and visitors’ identity cards before allowing access. Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift change. Report daily security activities, incidents, and irregularities to the Admin/HR department. Cooperate with other departments for smooth functioning of operations while maintaining security protocols.
