Security Guard

We're looking for a detail-oriented and personable Security Guard to join our vibrant team at AXO Media. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and inspiring environment for our creative professionals, clients, and visitors. Your role will involve monitoring our premises, responding to incidents, and ensuring our workspace remains a hub of innovation and productivity.

Responsibilities:-

• Patrol our creative campus, including offices, studios, and common areas, to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a secure environment
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to quickly identify and respond to potential security breaches
• Enforce company policies and procedures, particularly those related to data protection and confidentiality
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors, offering assistance and directions as needed
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fires, and coordinate with emergency services
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, security checks, and daily activities
• Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure our workspace is not only secure but also conducive to creativity and collaboration.

Requirements:-

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (security, law enforcement, etc.) a plus
• Previous experience in security, preferably in a corporate or creative environment
• Valid security license (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
