Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards at various locations. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements. Handle emergency situations and security breaches, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. Report and document incidents, accidents, or any unusual activities at client sites. Ensure proper deployment and scheduling of security personnel. Provide training, guidance, and discipline to security staff as required. Act as a liaison between clients and the company to address operational concerns and feedback. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and incident reports. Ensure security equipment is functional and properly maintained (CCTV, radios, access control, etc.). Support the recruitment process by conducting field assessments of new hires when required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or field role. Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and local laws. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
